The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on leannebuskermolen.com

By placing an order you will agree with these terms.

These general terms and conditions apply to all quotations, offers, activities, orders, agreements and deliveries of services or products by or on

behalf of Leanne Buskermolen Originals.

The moment you place an order via the webshop, via e-mail or in any other way, you agree to the general terms and conditions.

Parties can only deviate from these terms and conditions if they have expressly agreed so in writing.

The parties expressly exclude the applicability of additional and/or deviating general terms and conditions of the customer or of third parties.

Dutch law applies to this agreement, even if an obligation is wholly or partly performed abroad or if the buyer is domiciled there.

The applicability of the Vienna Sales Convention is excluded.

PRICES/PAYMENTS

All prices in the shop are in Euro's, incl vat.

Shipping costs depend on the country it is sent to. Shipping costs are in accordance with PostNL, The Netherlands.

You can pay in advance via iDeal, direct bank payment and PayPal.

After your payment of the product and shipping costs, you will receive an email with your orderdetails.

Your purchase will be shipped after payment, as soon a possible, and in between 1-3 day's.

If payment is not received by Leanne Buskermolen after 5 days, Leanne Buskermolen will send you a payment reminder.

You then have 3 days to complete the payment. If the order is not paid after 8 days, the order will be cancelled.

If you want to cancel or change your order please contact me immediately by email, leanne@leannebuskermolen.com, so I can help you.

After the purchase is been shipped you can no longer cancel the order.

RETURN POLICY

If the product you received is not what you expected or damaged on arrival, please always contact me in advance before returning the item.

You have 14 days to overthink and return the product. After the 14 days period the sale is conformed.

Keep in mind that the return costs are for you. As soon as I receive the returning item I will restore your amount, excluding the primary

shipping costs, to your bank account within 14 working days.

The return policy does not apply for items that have been used, or damaged by the buyer.

Customised artworks, sale items or gift cards can't be returned.

RESPONSIBILITY

Leanne Buskermolen cannot be held responsible for any color variations due to screen quality.

Leanne Buskermolen cannot be held responsible for items that have been used, or damaged by the buyer or third parties.

I pack your purchase(s) carefully in a a sturdy envelope or box (for larger works), and I will leave the package in good condition at PostNl point.

Customs and Import Duties: Buyers are responsible for possible customs and import duties. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.

I can not bear the responsibility for no third party delivery. If the product does not arrive, please contact me.

In the event that Leanne Buskermolen is unable to deliver due to force majeure (act of God), she may suspend the obligation until the force

majeure situation has ended. If the period lasts longer than 2 months, each of the parties is entitled to dissolve the agreement,

without obligation to pay compensation to the other party. The buyer is then obliged to pay for what has already been delivered.

Force majeure (act of God) in these general terms and conditions includes all external causes, illness, war, virus, an epidemic, natural disaster,

foreseen or unforeseen, on which Leanne Buskermolen cannot exert any influence, as a result of which she cannot fulfill her obligations.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Leanne Buskermolen respects the privacy of all users of its site and ensures that the personal information you provide for your

order is treated confidentially. The information entered will be treated confidentially and will only be passed on to others for the purpose of
